A Bend, Oregon Native, Jackson has spent the last 15 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry with 8 years in management, with specific experience in 4 successful start-ups (3 of which he managed) and running restaurant operations in Central Oregon and outside areas.
Deep Roots
Jackson’s grandpa ‘Curtis Luckey’ was well known in Springfield, Oregon for owning the Luckey's Woodsman: a "Char-Glo Broiled Foods" restaurant that opened their doors on August 1st, 1956. Jackson’s mission is to honor his late grandparents by reinventing what they created.
